"Very easy to communicate with Thorburn over email (which is preferable for me) - was the first time we've used them, our front and back garden needed a thorough clean up. We were away on the day, but coming home to the work being done as agreed was great. Even though I gave a detailed description of what we required, they said they would also tidy up anything else they see that needs done on the day. This was done and within their estimate. We have already booked to use them again, purely because they are so easy to deal with - but book early, they're busy and I'm not surprised."
