“Paul arrived on time and gave our system a thorough check, testing the signal level at our distribution amplifier, and inspecting our aerial and down cable which was OK. Using his own aerial he checked signal levels at that location and discovered that, while good for all other channels, for channel 30 (all London HD broadcasts) our aerial was out of alignment giving a weak signal. As the aerial clearly hadn't moved since installation he attributed this to changes in the local environment. A quick realignment and all is well! An efficient, professional, & no nonsense, service. Thanks Paul :)”
