“I have no hesitation in recommending Tidal Plumbing & Heating following a comprehensive plumbing job involving the removal of a broken shower cabinet in our ensuite bathroom and installation of a new combi boiler, a new shower and 2 new toilets. All work was carried out in accordance with the quotation given. Greg and Lee completed the job in 4 days which was ahead of schedule. They were both very easy to deal with, friendly, tidy and explained all the work as they were doing it. They came back the following week to complete the job by draining the heating system to resolve a blocked radiator issue. We are very happy with the work they have done and would recommend them.”

As Greg couldn’t give me a specific time I asked him to text me approximately 45 minutes before he would be at my home. He did this and then arrived properly 45 minutes later. He was polite smartly dressed and carried out the work. As it was just a boiler service and check, he explained what he had done afterwards and tidied up after himself.
Helped us out at short notice. Very professional and always trustworthy. Would definitely recommend them.
