This company was called out to replace a chrome kitchen tap, in my holiday home. When I received a bill for almost £300 I was shocked and asked for an explanation. I was told that they didn’t bring a tap when they called to do the job and had to go to the merchants to get one they charged £98 for the tap currently available for £65 and almost £200 for fitting it. They also damaged my sink when installing it. No offer of a discount or any reduction was made when I pointed out that when going to fit a kitchen tap they should have taken a couple , the one fitted was basic Do not use this firm!!
