Giles did the ensuite bathroom for us. From the point of providing detailed quotation with itemised listing/breakdown, we found Giles to be very patience, professional, transparent and honest as well fully devoted to provide best service. He explained every step of the way the pros and cons kf various options and we quickly build the trust in him to leave the work to his skillful hands rather than micro manage. The final out was exactly we expected and we were very happy with the quality of tiling done. We will be happy to use him on our other projects.

My partner and I are exceedingly happy with the works carried out by Giles and Joel. From the outset Giles was very responsive with messages and questions from us. The work included: tiling behind the sink and creating a backsplash; boxing in old pipe work; fitting a shower and resealing and fixing a bath that was dropping and pulling the silicone away. For this he came up with a creative solution to fix this for us. Great attention to detail with each aspect of work. Giles wouldn’t stop until he was perfectly happy with the finish and left things clean and tidy each day. Highly recommended!
