First of all I asked for a quote. Paul said time and date to attend to do this, and he was right on time. He sent me a quote, which was around what I expected, and called to check I had it. No further hard sell it was up to me to call if needed. On the day of the work, again they were dead on time, and there a little longer then expected. But no added cost to me. Roof repaired and I'm very happy and would definitely use this company again.
Really good experience using Tiler Slater. Slight delay at the start of the job getting a quote for the insurance. Problem solving and finish Really top drawer. I would recommend them and use them for any future jobs.
We are delighted with the work that has been done to replace a leaking valley.Paul was quick to respond to our initial request,he is an excellent communicator and kept us informed throughout.We were reassured with his professionalism and reliability.He did a thorough assessment and quote using photos and onsite visit prior to starting work.Bith Paul and Mackay worked really hard in replacing the roof valley,they left everything clean and tidy and did an excellent job for which we are really grateful.We would have no hesitation using them again for any further work and would recommend them .
