"I contacted Richard/tilesmith to re-tile my hallway. As the floor was very old he did an investigation so he could give me an accurate quote. He then provided a couple of ways to sort out the floor and I chose complete replacement. Richard then spent the best part of a week removing the old tiles, digging down to create a solid base to work from and then releveling the floor. Following this he then cut and laid the new Victorian style tiles resulting in a floor that looks magnificent! He was polite and respectful at all times and is clearly an expert of his trade so highly recommended"
