"Spencer and his team did a great job. Through the project they constantly discussed ideas and made suggestions about what might work better. For example, we were going to put a Velux window on the roof, but we were advised that it would very difficult to clean. So we went for a light shaft instead. All the planning consultations with the local council were dealt with by Spencer, so that there was no issue with the final building certificate. The quote was increased at the outset, because of rising build costs. This meant no nasty surprises and the job was completed within budget."
