From my initial phone call, to him fitting me in at short notice, and the final work, he has always been communicative, helpful, professional and trustworthy. In my professional experience, the fees he charges are also highly competitive. As a Tiler this is a must for me, as my reputation literally rests on his work! If I recommend another trade to my clients, I need to know I can trust them, Tom has never let me down.
