Timely and regular communication via WhatsApp was particularly helpful. While I'm not a plumber, therefore not qualified to provide an objective view on the quality of the work, the problem, caused by shoddy work at installation, appears to have been resolved. Quality work for a sensible price. I unequivocally commend Tom to you.

Tom was great, I would certainly recommend him. He did a great job, for a great price and was very friendly and very polite.
Tried all the usual tricks to fix my radiator but to no avail. Tom came with an apprentice and within 30 mins it was fixed and working perfectly, Quick response and communication with Tom. Good price and would use TJD Plumbing again.
