I've recently had a large living room double-glazed PVC window installed by T&K - super impressed by their product. The initial consultation was clear and informative, and the installers were professional, friendly and got the job done in no time without fuss or mess. T&K were known to me of old so were my first choice when needing a new external door and some replacement windows. Chris was our first point of contact and he came to us very quickly from my initial enquiry. He spent a very long time with us and went through everything. I went to see T&K (Jorden) and from the start it was easy, I explained I wanted a quote with dimensions I had, Jorden took his time to show the amazing showroom layout, different window openings and glazing styles, also offered a factory tour, he quoted the next day enabling me to order immediately. (week before Christmas). Survey was done the same week, Damian explained everything and made sure everything was clear. Everything was fitted just weeks later (last week of January), the installers arrived bang on time and very polite, they covered all the floors and cleaned up well. Amazing
