“We hired Tony to decorate our living room and dining room and couldn't be happier with the result. He was clear with communication and was on time every morning to start works. He was very tidy and professional, and he let us know when there would be any noise so it wouldn't interrupt any meetings we had. When clearing the rooms we had an issue with a shelf that left 2 big holes in the wall which worried us, but Tony wasn't phased; he filled them with some expanding foam and now you can't see that there was ever a hole there. Our house looks amazing, the quality of the work is beyond what we expected, no corners were cut. I'm delighted with how everything looks, cannot praise Tony highly enough. We will be coming back with plans to decorate the rest of the house over time. Thank you Tony!”
“Tony did a great job of painting our hall stairs and landing. Wallpaper stripped off, a lot of preparation work and the hall needed a complete re plastering. A huge amount of preparation to get surfaces ready for painting. We are very impressed with the finish achieved. Tony arrived punctually and is a friendly guy to talk to. Professional, excellent work plus recommendations for materials used. Friendly and flexible around our household. Also helpful Tony did DIY as he went along! We are booking him again for 2025!
Tony has worked some magic in transforming what was for us, a tired rundown shell of a house into a bright welcoming home. Every trades man that has come to do other work on the house have been very complimentary of Tony's work and i totally agree he has done a first class job! This was a big job every ceiling, wall, door, all wood work in our house had to be prepared and painted. We had a couple of awkward shaped walls to contend with, some rough texturing that needed to go....couldn't fault Tony's attitude and honesty when it came to tackling those. He is totally reliable, always on time, a very neat tidy worker and i found him to be a very genuine lovely person, who provides great quality work at an affordable cost!
Tony has done a couple of jobs for me now and is my go to painter / decorator / handyman. His is punctual, very tidy and manages all expectations.
Cannot recommend Tony highly enough, excellent from start to finish. Replied promptly, came to quote, delivered the quote, booked in and started (and finished) the work all when he said he would. Good communication, his work is of a really high standard, he was tidy, professional, and hard working. He’s also a really nice person - thanks Tony! Would use you again without hesitation.
This is the 3rd time we have asked Tony to do the decorating in our home, he is very hard working, prompt and above all extremely clean and tidy, the decorating is done to a high standard, and done in a good time frame, I have no hesitation in recommending T K Maintenance. and the work was very reasonably priced.

I'm not really one for reviews unless the service has been exceptional i.e 8 out of 10 or above. I'm happy to say that this is one of those occasions, I really can't praise or recommend Tony enough, room by room he's transforming my home and I couldn't be happier. The care, attention to detail and helpful advice is second to none. In a nutshell, Tony has truly restored my faith in tradesmen. So, if you want quality, a happy go lucky chappy, someone that communicates and takes pride in what he does, then look no further - you won't be disappointed! I've already booked Tony for a second job (and recommended him to my neighbours) - when you've found a gem you keep hold of it!
Tony did a fantastic job of our hall, stairs and landing. He even went above and beyond when I hated my initial chosen colour! You can tell that he loves his work by his attention to detail. Lovely, hardworking guy. Would definitely recommend! 🤩

We needed our hallway, stairs and surrounding woodwork painting, as it looked a little trickier than the rooms I'd already painted in the house! Tony was quick to respond, visit the house and provide a quote and was then able to complete the work not long after. Tony was punctual, polite, friendly and completed the painting to high standard, leaving us very pleased with the work he had completed. He was also able to offer me advice on a couple of jobs I was planning to do myself which was much appreciated. We will definitely be using Tony again for painting and other maintenance jobs in the future. Thanks Tony!
Very friendly and helpful
Tony did some work for our Parish Council and although it turned out to be problematic and took him two days longer than he had anticipated because of amongst other things, a bee hive, he stood by his quote and carried out the work to a very professional standard. Would highly recommend.
Tony was great! Needed my flat painted as I was looking to rent it out. Everything was done to a great standard and kept me up to date with how the work was going. When painting the ceiling he found some problems but sorted it quickly and came back when needed to finish the work. Would recommend!
Tony’s high quality of his work is second to none. He is literally transforming my house into a stunning home, with excellent choice of colours, ideas, and the exceptional quality of his work.
