“Steve from ‘TLS’ came to our office as promised 08:30 as promised on the morning of 5th January 2026. He was very pleasant and courteous. He replaced the waste system, a mixer tap and installed a ‘stop-cock’ in our office, as we previously had to shut the water off via a valve in the pavement outside our office. Overall, we were very satisfied with the standard of Steve’s work, and would therefore not hesitate to recommend his services.”

I texted Steve on a Sunday evening and he texted early on the Monday, and confirmed he could come same day, clearly explained his fees, and gave me a time slot. I asked him to notify me when he was on his way as I work from home, he did this and arrived promptly. He was friendly and polite, expertly fixed our two blocked sinks, and explained why it had happened and how to avoid / fix it in future. Am very glad I looked at reviews on this site and contacted Steve - would recommend him and will ask him back for other jobs as and when needed.
Excellent service. I called Steve on Friday about replacing some isolation valves in the bathroom, and he was able to book me in for Saturday morning. He arrived when he said he would, and carried out the work quickly and at a very reasonable price. Would definately recommend him, and will call him again for future plumbing jobs.
Steve was really prompt on the day, got stuck into the work and sorted it all out quickly and professionally. The price was great and he was a pleasure to have around! What more can you want?
Steve was welcome when he arrived to trace our leak and was very thoughtful when undertaking the investigation he kept the impact of the leak detection to a minimum. After locating the issue was very fast in resolving the problem and ensuring that it wont happen again by removing redundant piping only to leave what was required. We have already booked for the boiler and heating service.
I can´t recommend Steve highly enough. He sorted a problem that another tradesman couldn´t fix and did so efficiently and quickly, with good communciation throughout the job. Thanks a lot for your help, Steve, much appreciated.

We had a leaking radiator tap, AND an ongoing worry with our boiler. Steven sorted the tap tout de suite, and also managed the boiler. We have therefore promised him the next service, and he has offered to come immediately, in the event of a particular problem. Fees were reasonable. Steven's work was expert, quick, and clean. We are very happy - and relieved.

Rang them in the morning in a bit of a panic about a blockage, and within 5 mins of calling, I had an appointment booked in for the same day. They arrived on time, giving me updates of when they'd arrive, and the work was done quickly and professionally. He was friendly and polite, and I would be happy to book him again. Thank you
A big thank you to Steve, who has helped me with plumbing issues in my flat several times now. Most recently, I had a problem with my shower's hot water. It turned out the temperature dial was stiff and couldn’t be turned to the hot setting. I’m especially grateful that Steve was able to fix it during the festive period, cold showers in winter are no fun! Steve has an excellent work ethic, and I really appreciate his ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and ensure the job is done right.
I have called on Steve's services for seven years now. He's unfailingly excellent and able to solve a range of issues. He has impeccable customer service and will tell you it straight. I always recommend him to friends and neighbours. Cannot recommend him highly enough - I'll be a customer for life.
Found Steve on the gas safe register as he was local to me. Came out after hours & sorted my boiler issue. Now use Steve for my boiler service & any plumbing I need wouldn’t use anybody else.
Called in the morning and managed to get a same day appointment. Steve was professional and friendly throughout the whole process, and resolved our issue (leaking kitchen tap). Great friendly service, and would fully recommend.
Steve was very efficent, helpful, and really nice to deal with. We had no water so he fitted us in and sorted the issue really quickly. Before arriving he took the time to identify the problem to make sure he had the correct parts before the visit. Good value and great service.
Steve was very punctual, friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do to repair the leak and to reapply silicon around the shower tray. It was not an easy job as the shower tray had moved creating a very large gap around it. Steve was also great with ideas on how to resolve fully - really nice and trusted plumber - quality job!
