Turned up to lay a patio with not even the basic of equipment - used my tools, grinder, shovel, hose etc Boss showed up at lunchtime with a camera bag, proceeded to make a video for his website, then told me he only took the job as show piece. Rocked up again at end of day asking for payment, no interest whatsoever on quality of work etc! 5 people on site, all went off leaving me to do the cleaning! Second day 3 guys turned up late, asked me if anything needed then went knowing the job was nowhere complete, grouting had not been done, cleaning was not done- the slab layer (contractor to the company) called them back and did a half-hearted job - result can be seen in the picture. Had to take it all out to clean the joins and make room for new grout. See picture. Not only did they waste my material, but I also now need to pay someone else to come and do their work! I would not recommend this trader.
