Very pleased with the work carried out by Thomas and his team. The team assessed my old broken fence and explained clearly that it couldn’t be repaired, recommending a full replacement instead. They completed the work within the agreed time-frame, delivered a very good quality of work at a reasonable price, and adjusted the height of the fence to suit my requirements which I really appreciated. Some of the mortar pointing between the slabs was washed away on the first instance of rain a few hours after he left. I called Tom, and sent him an email with a photo on the problem. He has not responded. Neither did he send a guarantee of his work -- which he promised to do so when he got home. I am left with paying a huge sum of money for a rushed and unprofessional job. I am disappointed.
