“Our boiler broke and we had no hot water. I phoned and spoke to Tom who came out the following morning. He explained we needed a new part and ordered. He put in new parts when they arrived and the boiler worked perfectly. Tom was transparant throughout with costs (as it was an expensive part that went) and only charged the bare minimum for labour costs. The overall service was exceptional and I recommend Tom and his team 100%. Thank you for giving us heat and being an honest and fair trades person.”
