"Tim and two colleagues turned up on time to renew my valley. They removed the tiles and existing concrete and replaced with a new waterproof membrane underneath and batten downed fibre glass dolphin valley. They cut new tiles to fit. They left the site tidy, and worked throughout the day. I found Tim to be straight forward, knowledgeable and all three were friendly. Hopefully now I won't experience any more leaks."
