Tyler was excellent in his timekeeping initially and fitted the two taps. After he left we noticed some damage on the sink after the fitted the tap. We messaged him and he came back the following day and sprayed something on it to try to mend the damage. He told us to repeat it over the next few days and contact him if it didn't fix it and he would come back. The spray kept peeling off and was not a permanent solution. I messaged Tyler but didn't hear back. That was ten days ago. Despite sending a further few messages I still have heard nothing back. Taps fitted well but sink is now damaged.

Polite and professional, kept me informed of progress. I would use again without hesitation.

Tyler was professional, helpful with his advice and very efficient. Job was completed to our full satisfaction and we will definitely use him in the future.
