From his initial contact by phone and in person Tom had shown both respect and compassion to my mother being both transparent and clear about what was needed to deal with a few roofing leaks. With the help of video and photos it was obvious we needed more work doing that originally thought. Tom provided a clear simple explanation of what was needed and its costs which were reasonable. The work carried out looks amazing with drone footage showing what was done. Extremely happy mother.”
