Great and efficient work!
Nathan was absolutely perfect and professional. He fixed two plugs that had burned out and listened to me rant for hours about politics and poverty. He also made a follow up call to check everything was fine and to remind me that the work was under warranty if anything wasn’t up to scratch. Highly recommend !

House full electrical rewire
Nathan and his team were recommended to us by our heating engineer and was given the task of rewiring our 4 bedroom house. The house had wiring from the 60s,70s and 80s, in some areas it was very unsafe. Nathan came with a solid plan and consulted us in every phase of the rewire. His knowledge, ability, attention to detail and work ethic really shone. He recommended additions that we didn’t think of like adding a doorway sensor light and added external garden lights and plugs. Using a professional tradesman is all about trust. Trusting them to do a great job at a good price. Nathan excelled in both and is a fantastic guy to know as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Nathan and his team and will keep in contact with him for any future electrical work on the house.

Patience and Great work
The extractor fan in the cooking hood was not working and Nathan came to have a look. It was unclear where the socket that powered the fan was. All the sockets on the kitchen walls powered other appliances. Nathan took the time to search and located it right at the back of a kitchen cupboard hidden behind a piece of furniture had been screwed over part of the socket. Nathan removed the screws, took out the offending item and replaced the fuse ( and supplied me an extra fuse in case I needed it for the future) and then the extractor fan functioned again. I really appreciate Nathan’s know-how and patience for sorting this out. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic customer service and professionalism
We were recommended TOMO Electrical Services by a friend who recently used their service. Nathan came down to view and talk about what we wanted, he was curious and polite listening to what we wanted and giving us his professional opinion. A date was agreed and work commenced on time, the installed circuits and sockets work as they should and work was completed on time. We are happy with the service provided and will use Nathan's services again. We highly recommend him.

Good work and good communication
Tomo Electrical Services did a full rewire for us on quite short notice. Nathan and his team were honest and comprehensive about our options and what he and his team could do for us and the timescales involved - he turned our unexpected emergency rewiring into an opportunity for significant improvement to our electrics and he did it quickly. He kept us up to date with his progress and organised visits and video updates throughout, which was invaluable with an old and unpredictable house! Nathan consulted with us on best placement of lights, switches and even an electric towel rail and was always able to use his experience to advise on what was practical. All certificates were provided promptly and Nathan made sure to get our feedback once we'd been living with our new electrics and came round to do those initial fixes and changes at no additional cost to us.

Help in an emergency
Nathan and his colleague came out on a bank holiday Saturday when our electricity supply suddenly cut out. They were thorough, polite and helpful, found the source of the problem and fixed it. Their charge for an emergency call out on a weekend was very reasonable. We would absolutely recommend them.

Great Professionalism
Nathan has been part of a house renovation that has been a real challenge. I found his pricing really competitive, and he has been really flexible in respect of my own availability which is quite rare in my experience. Any issues encountered were addressed in a timely manner and he has made it clear that he is still there to support any further works that I may require. He not only completed his works but also provided regular follow-ups with me to ensure that the work was done to my satisfaction. Considering the difficulties I had experienced with other tradespeople, it has been a real pleasure to work with someone who has a pride in their work. More than happy to recommend Nathans's work and professionalism. Indeed I will be using his services again pretty soon for lighting installations. When you find a good tradesperson you keep them.
