Reasonable quote within 10 days, and gave us a lead in time to when they could start the work .Arrived punctually and efficiently and the work was completed within a week. Area left in a clean and tidy manner. All round a very good job and reliable service. Would thoroughly recommend."

"Top 2 bottom provided an excellent service when repairing our roof and chimney. Communication was great from the first visit and reassurance was given throughout regarding work needed. Work was completed efficiently and updates provided throughout as to status of work progress. All work finished to a high standard and clean and tidy throughout period of work. Would highly recommend Top 2 bottom for anyone needing any attention to their roof."

"The work was carried out extremely well despite the property offering limited access for scaffolding. Great care was taken to ensure that each stage of the work was explained in detail. Now that the work has been completed I am enjoying peace of mind. The overall cost of the repairs - including scaffolding & VAT - was extremely reasonable. I recommend Top2bottom to anyone in need of roofing work."
