I had a site visit from Topps before agreeing on the job which I appreciated very much. Unlike some contractors they left the site immaculate after dismantling the scaffolding and removed all debris and materials. I recently used TOPPS SCAFFOLDING to replace three flat roof's on different floor levels on the same building and was thoroughly impressed with their service.
