From our first visit, placing our ordering, all the way through to delivery, everything was smooth and easy! Every member of staff we dealt with was helpful and efficient. We visited a couple of showrooms prior and felt disheartened by poor customer service, so coming across Total Bathrooms was a very pleasant surprise.
