We have been using Dan and his team for a couple of years on various projects, from large oak framed porches to the redesign of our function rooms and associated roofing. The site was always left clean as we operated during all works. Dan's team were polite, efficient and fair in all dealings. Detailed reviews
Although a small area - converting part of a bedroom into an ensuite, it was fairly involved - a new soil pipe and drain had to be dug, brickwork cut to fit a window as well as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, plastering and redecoration afterwards. Had a couple of minor hitches with the plumbing, but these were easily rectified and we are delighted with the finished job. All the tradespeople used by Total Construction were friendly and courteous.
Buttress well built to tone with other buttresses on this long wall. Very neat work, and left very clean. Pointing done with skill and care
