“My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of workmanship and the care taken by Mr Tim Roberts in completing the project . He kept us involved and was very communicative at all stages of the refurbishment . We will definitely use him again when we are in a position to refurb our main bathroom . It is fair to say that nothing was too much trouble for him and his desire to complete a very professional Job exceeded both our expectations .”
“We highly recommend Tim’s work, the finished shower room was out of this world and exceeded our expectations. Tim was always on time, kept us informed and because we used Tim to get our materials, he liaised with the supplier if fittings or materials were substandard or damaged, getting them replaced. Tim was also extremely flexible and patient with us, giving us honest advice and allowing us time to consider. We were recommended Tim at THI and certainly have no hesitation in recommending him to others, certainly, we will use Tim again when it’s time to have our bathroom done.”
