“We are delighted with the work Tom from Total Landscapes has done for us over the last 2 weeks or so to replace and extend our existing patio. He and Fred arrived around 7am each day and got straight to work. The site was always left clean at the end of the day. Tom made sure we were actively involved and consulted on all aspects of the work and met the brief exactly as we had asked and we have no hesitation in recommending Total Landscapes. Set your alarm, have plenty of teabags and you will be delighted with the high quality results from the guys.”
“We couldn’t recommend Tom enough and I would go as far as to say he exceeded our expectation down to his exceptional trade skills, dedication, cleanliness and professionalism. We needed to remove a sadly dying hedge after a careless motorist drove into it, leaving it dying so with Tom’s experience and keen eye, decided upon extending the driveway and existing wooden fence. We knew that the paving wouldn’t be a perfect match but he really took time to choose the best option available. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result. We would recommend Tom (tea, milk no sugar aka Julie Andrew’s) to anyone who wants a good job done on time, to budget and by a really decent, reliable fella. Thanks Tom! 👍🏻”
“Tom from total landscapes is a first class tradesman He worked at my property for just under two weeks changing my crumbling drive into a new two car drive, from the Start of quoting for job to the finished job, Toms years of experience shine through, nothing was to much trouble coming up with suggestions along the way to make drive look perfect. Tom turned up every days bright and early in all weathers ,and was a pleasure to have work on my property ,at the end of every day tom washed down and left everything safe and tidy. he is a very easy person to get on with and a real grafter, keep him fuelled with tea and he just don't stop. it is really hard to find good workman these days but I thoroughly recommend Tom. The job run like clockwork from removing old drive which was 10inch very tough thick concrete to the finishing touches which make all the difference Tom takes real pride in his work and the finished drive is fantastic. if i ever need any more work doing or any one wants a landscaper Tom is the man i will call .”

Tom was very professional. Arrived on time every day, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Total Landscapes and Groundworks Ltd.
If there is a better landscape guy out there in Essex we would like to meet him!! Tom was great from start to finish, he worked like a trojan got here early and didn’t stop.We were able talk things through as the job went along and the end result was fantastic! We would highly recommend him.. get plenty of tea in to keep him going! Shout out to Barry the bricklayer as well he done a first class job.. all in all in our opinion you won’t get better
Tom has just completed a large area of decking, artificial lawn and porcelain tile patio area at our house. We are so pleased with the result, Tom is a perfectionist, hardworking, prompt & leaves everywhere clean and tidy when he's finished. We wouldn't think of using anyone else for any future work.
Good communication, nice work, arrived on time, finished on time, left tidy and clean.
We have had our front garden block paved and our back garden patioed and a path laid and our lawn returfed. Tom and Dylan were outstanding with their work . Their attention to detail is second to none . Nothing was to much trouble and we would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to transform their property .

5 star from start to finish. Tom is a true professional and we are thrilled with the work. Prompt in communication before and during the works providing guidance and recommendations. Punctual, no mess, no fuss. Whilst the front garden was being renovated, we barely noticed Tom and Dylan were there. The work has been completed to an excellent standard and we also received a courtesy call a week later from Tom to make sure we were still happy with the results. I cannot recommend Tom and Total Landscapes highly enough.

We're very pleased with Total Landscapes & Groundworks Ltd and happy to recommend Tom and his team. The reason for my recommendation is that Total Landscapes approached the job without fuss and with professionalism, Tom made suggestions to improve the finished work and was very open and honest. I was surprised at their punctuality and cleanliness of work leaving the site each day tidy and secure. It's nice to be able to feel comfortable, reassured of the work and promised outcome, Tom stuck to his schedule and quality of work. Total Landscapes & Groundworks Ltd start early and finish early, in our case anyway, but this allowed more flexibility for the stages of the work and time to clean up each day. Finally, fuelled by Tea :) , I would not hesitate to recommend Total Landscapes & Groundworks Ltd.
Tom did a great job for us over four days. He was always very approachable and clearly wants the finished product to look just right - to the extent of worrying that what we wanted wouldn’t look right, and coming up with better ideas and a solution that was spot on. Everything was left nice and tidy afterwards and we are very pleased with the result.
I found Tom and his team to be very professional, punctual and friendly. They created a wonderful drive way, fence and shared pathway. Tom and his team kept me updated and put me at ease every step of the way during the construction. He listened to my concerns over our shared path and came up with solutions. Tom and the guys have done a really good job erecting new fencing around our property and preparing a concrete base for a shed. Hardworking and reliable and they kept everywhere clean and tidy. The Hedgehog Highway they created in our new gate for us will be much appreciated by our resident hedgehogs! I would recommend Total Landscapes.
Explained what I wanted and Tom took this idea, improved it and delivered something spectacular. Knowledgeable, friendly, and quality from the start. Employees very tidy and we look forward to enjoying the garden so much this summer. Thank you Tom for bringing our dreams to reality so we'll. No complaints at all.
Tom, Dylan and William were absolute fantastic. Hard working, quiet and extremely tidy and polite. It's been an absolute pleasure having them sort our sinking patio and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I intend to use them again for fencing repairs. Very hard to find workmen like these.
