I engaged Matt to perform a survey on an old terraced house which suffers from damp and mold issues as I had previously received feedback from builders that suggested it was all due to lack of ventilation. They took really care of us as it was a worrying situation, they found a leak and completed a detailed report for our insurer to which we sent them and they allowed us to complete the inspection and repair.
