Matt gave fantastic service . He came and was polite, friendly and very professional. He was very thorough in his survey and gave sound advice. He showed me where the problem areas were using the latest technology. Couldn't rate him any higher
On looking for a local damp detection company we were contacted by TMCUK Ltd. Very impressed with the communication by phone and email. Job completed at time given with no problems or excuses for not completing task instructed. Report received quickly. Would definitely recommend.
I engaged Matt to perform a survey on an old terraced house which suffers from damp and mold issues as I had previously received feedback from builders that suggested it was all due to lack of ventilation. Matt performed a thorough investigation of the house within a few days of being instructed and his very detailed , clear yet concise report and follow up telephone conversation confirmed some more underlying issues. I cannot recommend Matt enough for his overall communication, in depth knowledge, and practical advice in identifying all the issues that need to be addressed.
The company was professional from start to finish, provided a comprehensive report highlighting areas of insulation that needed improving. Making these changes has now resolved the issues we were having.
I had a small amount of water on my carpet by the bathroom door, we called Matt and his team to come and inspect. They took really care of us as it was a worrying situation, they found a leak and completed a detailed report for our insurer to which we sent them and they allowed us to complete the inspection and repair. Would highly recommend
