Had some roof repairs, pointing and leadwork done. Mark and his team did a great job, they were always prompt, professional and tidy. Mark always responds immediately to my phone calls and is fully informative and reassuring about the the work to be done. His quotes are realistic and reasonable. He takes a great personal pride in his work and is excellent value for money. I am happy to recommend Mark and his team to my friends and family.
Clear communication is the foundation of good business. Total roofing Company visited my home. The job was discussed with them and they promised an estimate in a few days. When no estimate arrived I emailed them requesting a reply stating whether they were either interested or not interested in doing the work. No reply received to date.
