“Call them. We spent months, and hundreds of pounds trying together someone to stop our roof from leaking. Thomas finally popped up on Checkatrade, and saved us. The only roofer who a) looked in the right places, b) spotted what the real problem was (serious - the roof timbers were rotting, and there were several mistakes made on previous jobs - including when the roof was originally fitted). It was such a relief, to have someone come and offer us the chance to stop having leaks. Every single thing was explained/shown to us (a mixture of pointing things out from below, and photograph”
“A tile at the apex top right of my roof that was cracked in half and had let rainwater in. I was in contacted by Thomas and I wasn’t sure of the type of tile and what was required for the job. From a photo Thomas knew which type of tile it was. He came to my house as expected the following morning and within no time had replaced the cracked tile to an excellent standard. The rain has come down again and I have gone into the loft and the timbers are dry, all thanks to Thomas.”
