James and his team have actually done several roof jobs now at my house, and each has been done to a high level. They’ve sorted out many of the issues that arose from my unfortunate experience with a different roofer. I would recommend them on the basis of going the job end to end professionally, having a good experienced team, and probably most importantly, the ability to spot the issue accurately where many other roofers just guess what the issue is without a proper inspection. For any further roofing work needs I have in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to work with James and his team.

I initially called James to look at our roof as I was considering having it jet washed. He advised against it, explaining that jet washing can loosen pointing and often leads to leaks — advice I really appreciated. It turned out that his company also cleans gutters, which I needed, so he arranged this for me. The team arrived promptly and worked efficiently. They even replaced three roof tiles — something I hadn’t asked for — and did not charge me extra. James was courteous, honest, and professional throughout. I’m very impressed with the service and would highly recommend him.
