Richard was friendly, courteous and gave out knowledge and suggestions willingly - from quote to end of job. The finished product is amazing and we are very happy. As the job progressed he would suggest bits and other jobs that had not noticed and not been on the quote, and I could not be more grateful for these - many of these were done for free. He even stopped my tap from dripping and didn't even mention it. Most impressive was going above and beyond to fix some coving that was damaged by electrical rewiring - you can't even notice it.
