I paid for new roof in 2017 with 25 years warranty. In November 2024 the roof felt apart. I made claim through my insurance who my appointed BVS surveyor to inspect the roof. Insurance was declined due to due to poor workmanship such as insufficient battens, tile not securely fixed and not enough felt. I asked Roofsmart honour their warranty but they refused saying that I paid cheap and now they charge 10k for new roof but who wants defective roof in Now I need to take legal actions.
