Arrived on time, very courteous, and job done without fuss, to budget with suggestions to reduce the costs. Would use again.

James5.0 / 5 ·

Nathan and Ed came to do a slightly unusual job, testing the electric in my mobile coffee trailer. They did a thorough job and gave me lot of information and valuable advice. They went above and beyond. Really friendly and helpful. I will be booking again for next year's test.

Alex5.0 / 5 ·

Great work by Tommy in supply and fitting a replacement porch light motion sensor and light switch. Explained the problem and what needed to be done all for an agreed price. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Flow.

cameron5.0 / 5 ·

Nathan was quick to make contact to talk through what was required and continued to give updates throughout the job. Tommy, who carried out the work, was excellent. Professional, knowledgable, helpful and personable. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again as I cannot rate then highly enough.

Electrical work in homes in England & Wales should be done by a registered competent person who can self-certify it meets the Part P safety rules. Check they're on the official register.

Check the electrical register
In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations. Confirm they will handle that.
Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done. It is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
