Just before Christmas we had a serios electrical problem. Lights went off in three of the rooms in my flat and there was nothing apparent to suggest what could be the cause. 3M were able to send an electrician the very next day, who fixed the problem on the spot. We were facing the prospects of a dark Christmas, but avoided this grisly fate. Thank you, 3M!
