Move within Cornwall
We found the service excellent in all aspects. Very clear advice beforehand on packing needs and a very reasonable price. The three guys who did the move were very efficient and careful. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process even when we were changing our minds as to the location of items. Thoroughly recommended.

Grand Piano and household removals
We've used Tripp Removals and Storage 7 times over the past few years, including full household moves, and a 250 mile move and storage of a grand piano. This most recent work involved the temporary removal of a grand piano for the purpose of refurbishing the room. On each occasion, we have found the staff members to be conscientious, good humoured and efficient. The pricing is always reasonable, and I enjoy working with this local family business.

Smooth move
The entire service from Tripps was excellent. From the first visit and quote to Alison on the end of the ‘phone, and the removal team itself, led by Nick, the whole experience was a hassle-free as possible. Everyone was very flexible and can-do. We arrived at our new location to find one end (the convenient end) of our road was closed, which meant detours and a narrow winding approach but the team just got on with it, also having to decant to a smaller vehicle. They remained good-humoured and helpful throughout the four days we spent together! Would thoroughly recommend!

Terrible Service
Tripp provided a terrible service to us during our move this year. We paid for special packaging of expensive curtains, and found them rolled up at the bottom of a cardboard box, with items on top of them. Delicate ornaments were broken and seemed randomly packed. Our Wardrobes were only partly reassembled and badly damaged in the process. The assemblers (we were told they had 30 years of experience) gave up saying they were impossible to reassemble. We found they had broken metal brackets and fitted parts the wrong way round!! As pensioners with no experience, we managed to reassemble them correctly, but the butchery of them is still apparent sadly. Our complaints were met with a combative and defensive approach, and no offer of compensation.

Excellent job done and great customer support.
Recommend them to any and everyone. They have very competitive rates and take good care of your stuff. We used Frank Tripp at for two house moves and storage. Both moves and removals in and out of storage went smoothly and to our complete satisfaction. We originally chose them because we liked their vans-they clearly did not spend too much money on brand new vehicles every year-which keeps their prices just right for us! The moving guys are punctual, careful and professional. I was especially impressed by the assistance of Alison in the office, sorting out a tricky change of contacts and billing with Power of Attorney issues. Couldn't be more helpful.

Everybody in the whole company was polite and helpful through the whole process of going into storage and delivering to my new home in Falmouth. House move in Truro
Superb service from Tripps from the initial enquiry call with the team in the office through to the guys who arrived to pack and then the actual day of the move. Very professional and friendly service. The removal guys have tremendous stamina and handled our belongings with dexterity and respect. They kept smiling regardless of the challenges encountered (our loft space being one of them) and have a good sense of humour too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant Service by charming and extremely helpful staff
We moved from Hampshire to Cornwall last week. The lead up during the quote stage with the online system made life pretty easy. Liaising with the office very easy to do with charming and polite staff, and on the move day we were kept informed of arrival time, what was to be done by when and the team worked like Trojans to ensure all went well. 250 miles later the off load was very efficient - nothing broken and all done very efficiently. We had all the furniture and contents of a large four bedroom house (including the garage) moved into temporary storage. The team from Tripps were very professional, polite and courteous, as well as being extremely sensitive and understanding of the stresses involved in moving. They always arrived on time and were very efficient. Additionally, their pricing was very competitive. We would definitely recommend them.
