Our experience with this company was poor from the start. They never turned up for the first 3 days and then after arriving on day 4, their timekeeping never improved. Arriving sporadically and sometimes not at all. The quoted 3 week timescale took over 3 months. They would leave debris and tools all over our garden at the end of the day including open Stanley Knives and nails. Worst issue was that they incorrectly installed the suspended timber floor which has caused significant mould to develop and the whole floor needs ripped up and redone which they are refusing to do!
The company agreed to take on the job and a price was agreed. A date to carry out the work was confirmed. I waited in all day and the never turned up. I made further contact and they apologised and a further date was agreed. Again they never turned up and no contact was made by them. I made further contact and I agreed on another date. Again they did nit turn up and I have never heard back from them. I would never recommend them and would not "touch them with a barge pole" I do not think they should be on your recommend list of traders. Very disappointing
