“We were put in touch with Eric at Trusted Boilers Ltd upon mentioning to someone that we were looking to get a new boiler. Eric was informative and pragmatic about what would best suit our needs and within a month, we had works carried out. We had an old boiler and water tank to get rid of, as well as 8 rads. Eric and co were efficient and friendly throughout. Got to admit he is one of the tidiest tradesmen I’ve ever come across. Eric was dedicated to getting the job done and put in more hours than anyone could ask for. Couldn’t ask for a better job! Thank you!”

I contacted Trusted Boilers at 8:30am and Eric was at my house by around 11am, helping to fix a situation where my heating and hot water was down, thanks to a broken valve and also a really terrible visit by another company previously who made things worse. Eric worked so quickly and efficiently, explained everything to us, and the price was so reasonable compared to some huge companies who were quoting us between £370 up to £828 for this job. Thank you so so much, you saved us!
