We have used Eric for years and he has always provided an excellent service. He has provided boiler repairs, fitted a new boiler and cylinder, replaced radiators and most recently completed works in our bathroom. His attention to detail is fantastic and he always gives great advice. He would be the only gas engineer that we would recommend!

We were put in touch with Eric at Trusted Boilers Ltd upon mentioning to someone that we were looking to get a new boiler. Eric was informative and pragmatic about what would best suit our needs and within a month, we had works carried out. We had an old boiler and water tank to get rid of, as well as 8 rads. The plumber found the problem He kept me informed of what was needed. He fixed the new pump and mended the central heating. He was very courteous, respectful and reliable.

I contacted Trusted Boilers at 8:30am and Eric was at my house by around 11am, helping to fix a situation where my heating and hot water was down, thanks to a broken valve and also a really terrible visit by another company previously who made things worse. Eric worked so quickly and efficiently, explained everything to us, and the price was so reasonable compared to some huge companies who were quoting us between £370 up to £828 for this job.
