Just on the visit day could not communicate with this tradesman ,I find this very frustrating, annoying and very difficult, in trying to have a rough time to visit and carry out the work, feel very let down . After messaging on Checkatrade chat and the only mobile number Checkatrade contacted the tradesman on. As I let him know I had a hospital appointment on the work day and a certain time would be favourable and work round this.

Communication on the Checkatrade chat messaging site started ok , then quickly dried up, then non existent. Even calling the mobile number , with Checkatrade putting me through to the Plumber, never got an answer, left a lot of messages on all to reply, never happened. I find this ordeal over all very frustrating, annoying , and not very courteous on trying to get any response to my time situation on the days visit. Just seems to have been ignored throughout even on the visiting day for work to commence. Being I explained from the oft that I had a hospital appointment on the same day today.
