"Tom was very busy and couldn't see us immediately but was really nice and booked us in as soon as he could. Great communication and was on time for the appointment. Checked the job and explained what was wrong, he checked over the supply and tank. He was due to come back on Saturday but he found a shower in stock and due to another job cancellation he came back the same day. Took about an hour to do everything. Really nice guy and great workmanship, he even did another little job whilst here. My shower this evening was extra long and was great!"
