The fitter, Ashley, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They took precise measurements on the first visit, and the new custom-made glass panel with the pre-cut circular hole arrived and was installed exactly within the promised timeframe. The installation itself was quick, clean, and the result is a very neat, secure, and weatherproof fitting with no drafts. Highly recommend!"

The weather was awful but they carried on and put up a sheet to stop rain coming in. Ash has since returned to look at another window, I didn’t need in the end but was really helpful helping me locate where the leak was coming from. Would use again and recommend."
