Richard came to look at the emergency job promptly at the time he had indicated. Gave a very good price for the job within minutes. Gave a start date and arrived at the agreed time. Very tidy worker and able to communicate well and give advice on how to move forward. Work finished to a high standard and I would not hesitate to ask him to do similar jobs or recommend him to others.
Richard came and priced the job, gave us a date and turned up on time to carry out the work. We are delighted with how it is finished and know he went above and beyond his original job appraisal at no extra cost. Very knowledgeable, professional, conscientious and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend him, his work speaks for itself.

Richard went above and beyond his initial appraisal and we found him professional, conscientious, courteous and very tidy tradesman who knows his craft very well.
