Ben at Tuscany got a replacement from Germany and fitted but we later had problems with the programming. He returned and sirted that out, all under warranty. Definitely 5 STAR service."
"I can definitely recommend this company without hesitation.We have just had a replacement awning fitted to our balcony.We had superb customer service from Graham,Steve & Ben throughout the whole process.They are so friendly and helpful and extremely professional. We had a couple of preparatory visits to take measurements and discuss our product choices.This resulted in a stress free experience on the day of installation.Steve& Ben were so thoughtful and tidy and very respectful of our home.They took time to answer our questions and generally were brilliant."
