Outstanding Emergency Leak Repair by a Professional Plumber
I had an urgent leak at my rental property that was already affecting the downstairs ceiling. The source wasn’t obvious at all — it was hidden behind the washing machine — and we weren’t sure where it was coming from. Tom arrived quickly, checked every water point thoroughly, and tracked down the exact cause. He fixed the issue efficiently and professionally. Tom was friendly, reassuring, and very clear in his communication. He also sent detailed videos showing the problem and the repair work, which gave me complete confidence that everything had been handled properly. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Tom for any plumbing work.

Well Organised and Professional
I called Tom to change a leaking toilet cistern inlet valve. He arrived punctually the next day and worked professionally on this and in addition resolved related issues of corrosion and a leaking washer by soucing new parts. The work was done efficiently and the price was fair and as per the TB Plumb web site. Will use again.

Reliable and competent.
I had a leaking boiler. I called Tom in the morning and he came round later that day, texting me that he was on his way. He provided a fix so that I could have heating and hot water again, and we agreed a time for him to come again to replace some boiler parts and do a boiler service. Tom was friendly and competent. He explained the repair and his pricing was reasonable. I'm very grateful to have my heating and hot water again - thanks Tom!

Tom attended within 24 hours of me posting a message on his website about my gas boiler not responding to controls. He identified the problem very quickly and made the minor repair within 40 minutes. His hourly rate is very reasonable. I am very pleased with his work and would use him again.

Three plumbers were contacted regarding the installation of a replacement electric shower. One couldn't be bothered to undertake a site survey or provide a quote, the second did attend the site and provided a quote which was excessive, ambiguous, and required an upfront 50% deposit. TW Plumb did undertake a site survey, looked at the old unit in some detail and provided a quote which did not require a deposit. After a date was agreed, TW Plumb attended site on time, and did the job. The work area was managed well, with floor coverings laid. Unforeseen issues during the installation were addressed and dealt with within the quoted price, and the site was left in a clean and tidy state. Documentation was provided at the end of the process.

Excellent Service
Tom went out of his way to complete this repair. Having almost completed fitting a new kitchen tap, he discovered a leak. I was unable to get out of the house, but Tom returned the faulty purchase back to B&Q on our behalf and found a replacement, then fitted that. This was his last job on a Friday night so not only did he need to deal with busy traffic, the repair also took up some of his weekend. Very impressed.
