"Tom, fixed a leaking drain in the childrens shower and left the panel open just incase there where any further leaks. He advised that he would be back in a few days to check on this and barring any further leaks would then seal the panel. Since then I have not seen Tom. I have called and texted Tom more than 10 times and each time his responses are how apologetic he is and that the will come and the job that will take 5mins tops!! This has been going on since the 19th July and today the 6th October I still havent seen him. I called and gave him this job based on your reviews!"

Really neat, tidy and reliable plumber. Would recommend.
