“Reece arrived on time and very quickly understood the problem to begin looking at a potential solution. He had never seen the model of boiler before so even went out of his way to contact the supplier directly to help with a solution. Unlike other trades I have dealt with he tried a solution that would save me money if it worked unlike others who just go with the most expensive solution straight away. Luckily that fix worked which was amazing! Thank you guys!”

Service was done and necessary parts replaced to our satisfaction. Reese who came was very nice and he did a thorough job. Overall I am happy although it was a bit pricy at £265 for service and parts and £118 to diagnose things. So a total of £383.00. That said the company is very thorough and i do believe they did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone. They also offer a month plan to spread costs.

had issues with my taps not producing hot water, the engineer was able to diagnose the cold water was bleeding into the hot pipe. I had to replace my shower mixer to solve the problem (which I did myself)
Reece came from twinsun heating and replaced a boiler outfeed pipe making my boiler safe 👍 excellent communication on what was needed from him and twinsun heating. Highly recommended 👍
Full service of gas boiler and checking of radiators.
Arrived very promptly at agreed time and completed the job efficiently and to time.
Boiler was being temperamental. I had no hot water and the pressure kept dropping.
Twinsun responded instantly and were able to come out within 48hrs. Reece was very professional and was able to get the boiler working again. Would highly recommend.

We had a Hive hub fitted and was delighted with the installation carried out by TwinSun Heating. The engineer was prompt with the estimated arrival time and clean and tidy whilst carrying out the installation. Would recommend them to everyone.

Great workmanship, great service and time conscious, definitely recommend them to everyone.
The service engineer was competent and professional. He did a thorough job and has supplied a professional report for the service and repair work performed. The repair was for a known issue.

Boiler service
Great service. I posted the job on a Saturday after trying with British Gas to get a servicing appointment (the soonest they could offer me was June). Was contacted by Twinsun for a quote quickly the same day and a servicing appointment booked within 48 hours. Safe to say I cancelled my contract with British Gas and I’m now a Twinsun servicing customer. Really impressed!

Had their careplan package, they came out the same day my heating stopped. Identified the problem, ordered the part needed ( this was Saturday evening) came out Monday and did the work replacing the pump.left everything tidy. Lad who attended was proffessional and polite would recommend twin sun heating to anyone
