Reece arrived on time and very quickly understood the problem to begin looking at a potential solution. He had never seen the model of boiler before so even went out of his way to contact the supplier directly to help with a solution. Unlike other trades I have dealt with he tried a solution that would save me money if it worked unlike others who just go with the most expensive solution straight away. Luckily that fix worked which was amazing! Thank you guys!

Service was done and necessary parts replaced to our satisfaction. Reese who came was very nice and he did a thorough job. Overall I am happy although it was a bit pricy at £265 for service and parts and £118 to diagnose things. So a total of £383.00. That said the company is very thorough and i do believe they did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone. They also offer a month plan to spread costs.

Excellent service provided. Available at weekend at short notice for initial appointment to fix the boiler, and we were happy to sign up for regular services. Clearly have strong expertise. Excellent communication. I would highly recommend.

had issues with my taps not producing hot water, the engineer was able to diagnose the cold water was bleeding into the hot pipe. I had to replace my shower mixer to solve the problem (which I did myself)
