They gave me a quote and I agreed. They were running very late. They wanted to reschedule cleaning but were very inflexible in this, offering the only option which didn’t work for me. At the end they decided to come the same day at 5 pm being 3 hours late. When they came they said there was much more work than they anticipated (it was their decision to quote me without looking) and asked £50 more than the ba2 3(original quote. I refused to pay £50 more (I had cheaper quotes from others) and they just left! I had the property cleaned now, no words there was extra work there
