Efficient, friendly service
A leak in the roof was found, the trader was shown the leak in the loft. He said both rear and front lead valleys need to be replaced, cost-£5000, as that was the source of the leaks. Work commenced in 2 days. On return from Christmas, we found the leaks were worse than before. Contacted the trader, several times, he arrived on 21st February. He said there were no leaks from valleys, but the leaks were from the adjacent bathroom roof, where his team had cut the tiles for the valleys, but that would cost another £2000. !!

Thank you for your review. As you can see from my previous reviews I pride myself on good workmanship. I have lots of 5 start reviews that I’m very proud of. After calling back to the property I advised them that there was no water ingress. I was asked to quote on a completely different part of the roof. I did the quote for additional work, and heard nothing back.
Will and the rest of his team were extremely helpful and did an amazing job on the roof. Very good communication, extremely hard working, highly recommend them!
William and his team did an excellent job on my property, worked extremely hard all day in the blistering heat. Replaced all my guttering, fascias and soffits. Very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
William, Nathan and the team did a great job relining and repairing both our main tiled roof and the flat roof on our extension when we first moved into our house. Kept good time and did everything we asked of them. Nothing was too much trouble.

I can't recommend William and his team highly enough, if you want someone prompt, reliable, polite, efficient and courteous. They arrived to quote on the same day that I rang, and arrived the next day and did the work! They were the fourth roofers I'd tried to fix a very bad leak, all others had let me down. I couldn't believe how professional these guys were. They have restored my faith somewhat. Just wish they same attitude could be adopted by anyone that I ask to come and do some work! I am selling my parents home. There was a leak in the dormer roof that was jeopardising the sale. I explained the situation and William and his team got straight on with it. They fixed the leak and carried out a first rate job. I am very impressed both with the service and the quality of the work. First rate and highly recommended!
Billy and his team were absolutely amazing. They helped me out of a very stressful situation at the last minute, and squeezed me in between jobs even though their day was already jam packed. They were very polite, hardworking and conscientious and put me at ease because they could clearly see I was very upset about having water pouring into my bedroom. The finish they achieved on the roof was perfect, but not only was it perfect, they also did more for me than they initially said they would i.e. fixing of tiles, replaced the felt and battens higher up the roof than planned, cleaned out my guttering and fixed the fascia. I am very pleased to say that there has been loads of rain since and I have not had one single leak! I will 100% be calling them back to do the rest of the roof when I can afford it. I cannot fault them at all and I cannot thank them enough, brilliant job, brilliant guys and brilliant company!

I contacted UK fascias at approximately 11:00am, they came out within the hour, assessed the work that needed doing, gave me a price and came back in the afternoon about 15:00 to complete. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely use again and have already recommended to others.
Can't praise them enough. Although busy they came straight out after the storm damage to our roof. Quoted for job, which was in the budget the Insurance Company gave us, and returned first thing today. Workers were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Makes a nice change to have cheerful workers. The Boss arrived as they were leaving, happy with the work. Highly recommend and will definitely use again
