High quality repair, at a reasonable price.
UK Roofing were outstanding. I reached out via their website and William called back within an hour, arranging a same-day visit for our leaking roof. He explained the issue clearly, provided a reasonable quote, and kept communication open throughout. His team was equally professional, friendly, and respectful. The work was done to a high standard, and I felt fully informed at every step. Honestly, it's rare to find such trustworthy tradespeople. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. Highly recommended!
Harrassed by owner William on completion to settle the roofing invoice immediately, in an intimidating way. No need for this, I haven't even been given the opportunity yet to inspect the roofing works without William looking over my shoulder. He gets angry and accused me - incorrectly - of being a customer 'who didn't want to pay' all within 5 minutes of them finishing works. I would never recommend them to anyone which is a real pity as I really appreciate good workmen skills, and William's aggressive approach to payment just ruins what I am sure was a good job done by his team onsite.
