First home improvements gave me a competitive quote. They were helpful and efficient and the process ran smoothly from start to finish. The fitters were friendly, quick and my new windows look great.

Good experience from the sales member knocking on my door. Clear easy process with the correct level of communication. Instalment team of Lee and Bobby turned up as scheduled, professional, friendly pair who cracked on and did what you expected them to do. Yes expect mess, but they use dust sheets and vacuum up after leaving your property as you would expect. Any concerns of broken tiles never happened. Any plaster that is damaged when removing the straps is made good with filler. 2 windows of mine had this and by the time the filler had dried I gave it a quick dab of white paint and it blended perfectly. The other one was a different colour but I was planning on painting the whole room otherwise I would have done the same. The neat trim around the windows would hide any other inevitable imperfections. The end result is amazing looking windows regardless of whether you are looking at them from the inside or the outside. Can’t thank the team enough for the job they did and pacifying any concerns I had. 100% would recommend this company 😀

Friendly and polite installers cleaned after themselves and did a very thorough job. The product looks great. Premium price but a premium service.

We had 5 windows replaced by First Home Improvements, to complete our recent renovation project, and their service was faultless from start to finish. The fitters were courteous from the start, and explained what they were planning to do and how. They were finished in good time, seemingly being very experienced at this sort of thing, and left the site tidy both indoors and outside. The windows themselves were of a high quality, and we have already noticed a difference as far as sound and heat insulation is concerned. Our window fitters were Matt Wick and Andy O'Connor, whom I highly recommend.
