First home improvements gave me a competitive quote. They were helpful and efficient and the process ran smoothly from start to finish. The fitters were friendly, quick and my new windows look great.
Good experience from the whole team
Good experience from the sales member knocking on my door. Clear easy process with the correct level of communication. Instalment team of Lee and Bobby turned up as scheduled, professional, friendly pair who cracked on and did what you expected them to do. Yes expect mess, but they use dust sheets and vacuum up after leaving your property as you would expect. Any concerns of broken tiles never happened. Any plaster that is damaged when removing the straps is made good with filler. 2 windows of mine had this and by the time the filler had dried I gave it a quick dab of white paint and it blended perfectly. The other one was a different colour but I was planning on painting the whole room otherwise I would have done the same. The neat trim around the windows would hide any other inevitable imperfections. The end result is amazing looking windows regardless of whether you are looking at them from the inside or the outside. Can’t thank the team enough for the job they did and pacifying any concerns I had. 100% would recommend this company 😀

Friendly and polite installers cleaned after themselves and did a very thorough job. The product looks great. Premium price but a premium service.

We had 5 windows replaced by First Home Improvements, to complete our recent renovation project, and their service was faultless from start to finish. The fitters were courteous from the start, and explained what they were planning to do and how. They were finished in good time, seemingly being very experienced at this sort of thing, and left the site tidy both indoors and outside. The windows themselves were of a high quality, and we have already noticed a difference as far as sound and heat insulation is concerned. Our window fitters were Matt Wick and Andy O'Connor, whom I highly recommend.

Excellent clean and tidy installation
The service and installation guy was lovely and kind. Polite and has done a wonderful job.. clean and tidy. So happy with the quality of the product and the choice of colour for the door. I would recommend to friends and family. As I know the door will last for many years to come.

Don't these salesmen read the room?
Random knock on door but decided to have a quote as there was a window i wanted changed. Was told by door knocker that someone would come around to measure and give quote. 1 hour 15 mins of sales patter I had to get him to do what I wanted in the first place. No reading the room. Was bored of listening and basically doing anything else but listen. Had to eventually order him to measure the window. He spoke to a colleague on phone whilst we were in room. He eventually left after some obvious pressing. The same thing happened 2 years ago.
We had 3 Windows replaced
We had 3 Windows replaced by Thomas Flood and James Richardson. They completed the work in one day to a very high standard of installation with exceptional high quality materials. They were very pleasant, friendly and worked hard to complete a extremely first class job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Everyone carried out their work professionally , arriving promptly and presented as cheerful and informative.
Would recommend the Coventry fitters
Would recommend the Coventry fitters: Jaz (Jaspal), Jordan and Dave. The guys noticed that the one window wasn’t built to the correct specifications, the one window hinge was faulty and 2 handles had been delivered in the wrong colour. Jaz saved the review by organising the correct window size, an new hinge and the correct handles plus coming back the next day (of his own choosing) to make sure we weren’t left waiting for the job to be completed. I would’ve been severely unhappy if we were left with a half job and had to fight for the correct specifications, especially considering it wasn’t the cheapest quote and we were assured of quality. Thanks to Jaz for saving the day and sacrificing his Saturday morning to ensure the job wasn’t left half done. He’s a real asset to the company and we will request Jaz, Jordan and Dave specifically for our future window jobs.

Had an issue with my door handle which…
Had an issue with my door handle which was intermittent as happened at times and not others, Jade Downs Service Engineer came to fix it, such an amazing cheerful guy, very professional on the job he does and explained to me step by step what went wrong and how he will be fixing it, would love to have him come out to us again if we have any further issues!
