Would recommend Japanese Knotweed Ltd
Phoned Japanese Knotweed Ltd re concerns about some suspicious weeds in our garden. Got the answer service and left a message. They rang back promptly. Was asked by Dan to submit a photo for a review. He was polite and spoke clearly and in a professional manner. We received an email the next day to assure us this was not Japanese Knotweed. This procedure was free which is very pleasing. Would highly recommend this company.

An exceptional provider.
Having just moved into a new property at the weekend, you can imagine how urgently I needed an assessment of some concerning plants at the top of the garden. I cannot say how exceptional the swift response was at 9 am on the Monday morning And the level of expertise that was offered. Luke had a wealth of knowledge and outstanding expertise regarding Japanese Knotweed and I received immediate reassurance. The information he was able to offer was extensive and their service can clearly be delivered at any UK location. I would have no hesitation in reaching out to this provider again and particularly because they are professional, measured and clearly have integrity, in addition to encyclopedic knowledge and you feel that they would not wish to do other than work with you honestly and transparently to achieve solutions

Thank you, your expert team managed to understand from a photo that my garden had no knotweed present according to the photos. A Surveyor who went there and was present seems that didnt know much about Knotweet hence why he said and requested to be checked by a specialist as to his decision was that might look like Knotweet. Pitty that people like the one visited my property delay the process in selling my property because of his poor knowledge in understanding what knotweet is!

Free identification service - excellent!
I found some worrying looking plants in our garden that AI kept saying was Japanese knotweed. I found this website online and decided to send some photos to real human experts using their free identification service. They replied in under 1 hour confirming that it's not Japanese knotweed, which was a huge relief. Excellent service and so pleased that I found it.
